MELT is a simple self care tool to rebalance your nervous system and rehydrate your connective tissue. These parts of us (nervous system + connective tissue) work together out of our awareness to constantly make sure we are balanced and stable. Over time from repetitive use our connective tissue becomes dehydrated creating "stuck stress". This cause compensation in the body and then PAIN.
The solution? MELTing! Connective tissue is often left out of our self care practice. This is the missing link to uncovering our healthiest self.
