EMBODIED SELF WORKSHOP:
Radical Self Care
Saturday March 9th from 10-4
The Farm At Avalon, Southampton, MA
What does it mean to take care of yourself?
What holds you back?
What would it be like to develop your own personalized definition and set of practices around self-care?
We all know that we need to take care of ourselves. So why can it feel so hard to get there? In this workshop we move beyond outdated definitions of self-care and create a new way of exploring and developing a greater understanding of what is nourishing and nurturing to our own unique self.
Can you imagine self-care as something you actually looked forward to doing? As something you deserve? As a mindset, an orientation, and an every day occurrence that says you are worth it?
Come join us in this day long workshop experience where you will have an opportunity to explore self-care through:
-Debunking limiting belief systems and reorienting to a new perspective
-Guided movement and meditation
-Time to reflect and rejuvenate in nature
-Ritual connection that has meaning for you
-Specific take-home techniques and practices to orient you back to you
This is a TIME and a SPACE to RECONNECT:
