This beautiful card was created by Stacey Demarco and is a part of her Queen of the Moon Oracle Deck. My thoughts below are inspired by the card, the description in her deck booklet, and also the energy and channeled message from my initial reading at the beginning of the year that came through for December.
In the Northern Hemisphere, December seasonally is a month that holds potency for inner reflection- slowing down and going within. There is permission here and support energetically for a kind of “hibernation”, to take stock of what is working, what is needed and to contemplate what has unfolded over the past year.
This month is calling for this kind of deep inner reflection, so that we can access and tap into the WISDOM within.
When there is a lot going on and we are overwhelmed with all that is happening in the world, with our families and our day-to-day lives, we can easily forget that WE actually have the answers that we are seeking. Too often we are looking for answers outside of ourselves.
BUT
When we tune inward, we connect to the wealth of wisdom that is living in us- in our bodies, our soul, our energy field, in our DNA. There is so much available to us if we can orient ourselves to the subtleties of what is being communicated.
Oftentimes we think of WISDOM as something we get from studying, reading or taking a class on a topic. This card is inviting us into exploring deeper layers of the potential of WISDOM.

Additionally, our intuition is heightened right now. Have you noticed? More psychic connections, synchronicities and moments of awe.
How can you honor what is being communicated?
This can be as simple as placing a stone by your bed, picking up a feather that you find on the ground, or whispering gratitude to the ancestors.
This card is also letting us know that the WISDOM Carriers have been trying to get our attention.
What kinds of transmission are coming to you? Are there animals showing up in your field? Plants or trees whispering to you? A mentor whose name keeps surfacing? An ancestor that is communicating with you?
December is a beautiful and powerful time to honor and connect with those who watch over us in our waking lives and in our dreams.
