The 3nd annual Umbrella of Wellness Fair hosted by Belchertown Overcoming Adversity

Together (BOAT) will be FREE and open to the community and held at Chestnut Hill Community School on Saturday, May 4 2024 from 10:00am to 4:00pm. 

The purpose of this fair is to promote the health and wellness of our community through education, engagement and empowerment. 

There will be food, activities for kids, vendor tables and workshops, along with 2 main stage speakers: Laura Stack and Zara Phillips.

My business will be there with a booth talking about nervous system and connective tissue health and wellness, stress reduction, burnout identification and prevention, embodied peak performance for our youth and more. 

Lead Yourself Youth will also have a booth and I will be running a mini workshop at 12pm about Interrupting Overwhelm!
