my personal journey

My work is guided by extensive study and training, but it’s also deeply rooted in my personal journey of awakening and first-hand experience uncovering my truth and desires, clearing out intergenerational trauma, rewiring my own stuck patterns, dissolving my freeze states, and bringing health and coherence into my nervous system and overall wellbeing. 

After uncovering in my 30s how shut down and chronically ill I was and realizing how much of my life I lived stuck on auto-pilot, people pleasing and in dissociation, I quit my full time job as a guidance counselor to start my own business and take care of my health. 

I was navigating chronic pain and autoimmune issues, running a multi-passionate business, being a mom to two unique kiddos, and trying to balance my own needs, and visions. It was tricky to not slip back into old patterns of overdoing, perfectionism and feeling overwhelmed.

I gained access to the full spectrum of my emotions, a deep connection to my body and my surroundings, and conscious relationships with my children, my partner, soul friends, the Earth, animals and the quantum.

Healing is a lifelong spiraling process, with no linear end. We are constantly circling back around to new layers of similar threads. I continue to satisfy my curiosity as a forever learner, studying, reading, taking courses that light me up, working with practitioners who hold BIG space and continuously playing with my own system cycling through healing, integration and expansion seasons.

Now, as an Activatrix for your potential and possibility, I work with humans, so that they may access the ability to step out and shine brightly embodied, rooted and empowered in their confidence, authenticity and divinity- in their fullest expression in the world.

Blending my years of studying various modalities with my energetic gifts and medicine, I work with people of all gender expressions so that their physical and energetic bodies can more easefully digest and integrate the rapid change, growth and expansion that is unfolding within ourselves, our containers, our families and on the planet.

I am passionate about supporting potent spaceholders and leaders in 1-1 somatic, energetic and intuitive containers.

Some additional nuggets about me:

I created my business, Somasynthesis Studios in 2016, for humans to have intentional, experiential SPACES for their Healing, Integration and Expansion. 

2022 is the beginning of my 6th year in business!

I also work as a peak performance coach and wrote and self published 4 books about Embodied Confidence for athletes (gymnasts, figure skaters, cheerleaders and divers) in 2021.

My husband and I have a psychic connection that is expanding significantly during this rapid time of transformation we are in!

This is my second year of unschooling my feisty 8 year old son and the second year my neurodivergent son is doing online high school, which makes it the second full school year of being home with my kids, while running my business!

I’m Jewish and my bloodline ancestors are Ashkenazi Jewish people most recently from Vilnius Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine and Poland.

I live in Western Massachusetts on Pocumtuc and Nipmuc lands.
