By making this deposit for either The Spacious CEO Retreat OR SPACIOUS: A Restorative Weekend Retreat, I agree to and understand the following:

• Yes, I understand that this retreat weekend includes solo accommodation at an Airbnb or similar for 2 nights, food for 2 breakfasts, and 6 hours of 1-1 time with Sara split up over 2 days.

• Yes I understand that the remainder of the retreat price will be paid 2 weeks before the date of the retreat, unless other arrangements have been made.

• I understand that I am responsible to follow all the rules as set out by the listing of my accommodation and honor the house rules.

• Yes, I understand that once I reserve the weekend and pay the deposit, there are no refunds possible if I need to cancel.

• I understand for Sara to best accommodate my food requests, I am required to fill out my questionnaire in a timely manor. I understand that Sara will do her best to accommodate my food requests and that not everything I listed in the questionnaire will be purchased.

• I understand that I am responsible for purchasing any additional food after breakfast that I would like to eat.

• ​​Yes, I understand that Sara Vatore is not a psychologist. She does not hold any license and does not accept insurance.

• I acknowledge that Sara Vatore and Somasynthesis Studios INC is not responsible for any injury, harm or damage arising from her provision of services to myself. I, individually hereby agree to release and hold harmless Sara Vatore and Somasynthesis Studios INC from any and all claims arising from her services.

• I understand that Sara Vatore will not release my records without my written authorization.

• I understand that Sara Vatore may consult with other professionals for supervision purposes as needed and those conversations will be held to the highest confidentiality standards.
