Your body knows what it needs, it just needs the space to unfurl and express. 

Our systems are organically designed to integrate experiences and support our growth and expansion. 

BUT,  so many of us are so used to holding everything in, stuffing how we truly feel down and pretending things are fine:

The pain we feel in our physical bodies

An emotion triggered by a partner 

The fatigue from staying up late with an infant who won’t settle

The discomfort from knowing a boundary needs to be set with a challenging friend

Our bodies then start to get used to this pretending, the ignoring, the shoving down and it becomes automatic.  

When we temper how we actually feel and override what is being communicated from our body long term, we can get really stuck. 

This might show up as

Extreme fatigue

More pain

Procrastination

Emotional distress

Sleep disturbances

confusion/brain fog

Inability to move forward

How do we shift out of this into more generative ways of being? 

SPACE

Creating space is the key to beginning to access more health and wellbeing in your body. 

The SPACE is the place, the gateway, the portal to the body being able to be with whatever is needing to be addressed.

When we are honest and look at what is actually present within our bodies, we allow healing to happen. We move out of stuckness and into more mobility.
