Dimensions of Divine Winks

Sara Vatore

In this October episode of Multidimensional Transmissions, I reflect on the changing seasons and how they mirror life’s transitions. Inspired by the support card I pulled at the beginning of the year to assist us in October, Otter Spirit’s message, "You Are Never Alone," I dive into the importance of opening up to and leaning on support. We explore the spectrum of connections and relationships in our lives, whether it is from our immediate world (friends, family, practitioners, etc) or from the unseen realms (ancestors, spirit guides, animal teachers, Beings, etc) .

Join me as I share practical tips for being fully present in your connections, nurturing deep relationships, and noticing “divine winks”—those little signs from the universe that remind us we’re on the right path.

Plus, we’ll talk about why prioritizing reciprocal relationships and embracing support can bring more joy, fulfillment, and a sense of belonging.

Tune in now to learn how to move through transitions with trust and connection this fall season.

In today’s episode, we explore:

  • The Otter Spirit card and what support energy is available for the month of October

  • How orienting to support and space where we can be held helps us expand our capacity to hold more

  • Ways we can uncover connection when we are feeling alone

  • The divine winks that provide evidence that you aren’t alone

  • The power of discernment

  • Ways to be in communication with the unseen realms

If this message from today’s episode resonates with you, take it as a sign to reconnect with a friend you haven’t spoken to in a while, or to join a community event that feels nourishing to your soul. You could also schedule a session with a trusted practitioner, or carve out time for a date with nature or your spirit guides. Head to your favorite outdoor spot, immerse yourself in that space, and prioritize this moment of connection. Remember, you are never alone.

Sara Vatore

In this episode of Multidimensional Transmissions, I'm joined once again by my dear friend and colleague, Andrea Bordenca. She dedicates much of her time to coaching and consulting leaders and their teams, and she also works with parents navigating the complexities of both business and life. Throughout the episode, we share personal stories about the challenges we face—like balancing travel schedules, managing relational dynamics with partners and kids, and maintaining boundaries while nurturing relationships. Dimensions of September

Sara Vatore

Welcome back from our August pause! In this new episode of Multidimensional Transmissions, I am diving into the energy of resiliency and expanding capacity as we all navigate the transition to Fall. This topic has been on my mind a lot lately as I prepare to teach a class on building emotional resilience for parents, and the universe has presented me with plenty of opportunities to explore this!

Join us as we discuss how life is full of ups and downs and learning how to surf all sizes of waves (without getting pulled under) supports our ability to show up for our families, our partners and ourselves and be the patient, present humans we want to be. When life throws us curve balls are we crumbling and falling apart, or are we able to meet adversity when it happens and bounce back? Whether you're navigating a big change, holding more with the increased responsibilities of the season, or simply looking to strengthen your emotional resilience, there's something here for you.

In this episode I reflect on some of my recent personal experiences and share practices for building resilience. I also introduce my six-week course focused on parenting with presence, patience and choice, and highlight the REBIRTH energy that’s available for us to tap into for September, as revealed by an oracle card reading at the beginning of the year.

I also dive into building emotional capacity, navigating those big life transitions, and learning to trust your intuition when everything around you is changing.

In today’s episode, we explore:

  • The definition of resilience and what that means for how we show up in our lives

  • My own experience with resilience this month

  • The new beginnings available to us in the month of September

  • September's support energy of REBIRTH

  • What is possible in the empty space that letting go creates

  • An invitation for all of us in September

I hope you enjoyed this transmission. If you are interested in participating in the virtual parenting program that I am facilitating with my friend Andrea Bordenca called Building Emotional Resilience: Parenting with Presence, Patience, and Choice, you can find more information HERE.

Dimensions of A Pause

Sara Vatore

In this quick announcement (turned short episode!) of Multidimensional Transmissions, I share about the upcoming summer pause for the podcast for August.

As I took some time to reflect and reevaluate over my recent solo trip away,  it became clear that this month is a potent time for a pause. This will allow me to tap into the creative and generative energy that's present, supporting me to stay in alignment and offer my best work.

We paused new episodes last year during the month of August and I’m feeling a similar pull to create this kind of space for myself now. This pause will give me an opportunity to connect with some new and exciting guests so we can return in September with fresh episodes.

Tune in as I share why I made this decision, the importance of taking space, the support energy available for us all in August, and the ways you can work with me this summer and fall.

In today’s episode, we explore:

  • The importance of creating space to reconnect with your Self

  • Working with the energy of alignment

  • The support that is available for us all in August when we focus on generating a solid foundation

  • What you can do if you want to be in a space of creative expression, but feel stuck or exhausted

You can catch new episodes starting Tuesday, September 10th. And for August, the invitation for myself and for anyone listening, is to embrace spaciousness to reconnect and listen deeply to what's surfacing and showing up.

If you would like to work with me, I have some spaces left for Sacred Restoration, a collective healing mini retreat in Hadley MA on Sunday August 18th. You can also sign up for one-on-one Somatic Coaching or book in with me for a Spacious Somatic Healing 1-1 Weekend as we move into the rest of the year.

Dimensions of Morena

Sara Vatore

In this episode of Multidimensional Transmissions, I sat down with a very special guest, Morena. Morena has been my son's Brazilian jiu-jitsu coach for the last two years and her mentorship with him has been life-changing in terms of his nervous system regulation, emotional regulation, and his sense of confidence. Her work with youth and women martial artists  is incredible, multidimensional and I’m so excited to have her on the show today.

Join us as we discuss Morena’s journey from a challenging childhood in Brazil to becoming a second-degree black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, a Capoeira Professor and business owner. She discusses her experiences growing up, overcoming physical and emotional challenges, navigating bullying, immigrating to the US, motherhood, and finding strength through martial arts.

Our conversation also delves into her advocacy for women's leadership in martial arts, especially postpartum support, and the power of the integration of various aspects of life through the lens of martial arts for personal growth.

Ana Carolina Lima, also known as Morena, is a Brazilian-American mother of three based in Western Massachusetts. She embarked on her martial arts journey at age 12, exploring disciplines like karate, kickboxing, Muay Thai, kung-fu, krav maga, and MMA before falling in love with capoeira and Brazilian jiu-jitsu for their blend of combat and self-expression. She is one of the owners of Vaca BJJj & MMA where she helps bring people together with the art of Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts.

Raised in a challenging environment marked by bullying, Morena found solace and empowerment in these arts, which also helped her stay connected to her cultural roots. Beyond martial arts, she has a passion for performance, honing skills in capoeira, samba, and dance as avenues for personal growth and self-connection.

Throughout her life, Morena has traveled extensively as both a student and teacher, continually expanding her movement knowledge. Her approach integrates primal movement, breathwork, mobility training, and tools like kettlebells and the steel mace, all infused with principles of self-love and empowerment.

Drawing from diverse experiences including hypnobirthing and crisis intervention, Morena developed her Rooted Strength methodology. As a professional, teacher, and competitor, she uniquely empowers others to transcend pain narratives by regulating the nervous system through movement.

Morena's ongoing journey to explore and share her methodology takes her across the globe, driven by a mission to inspire and empower through Rooted Strength.

In today’s episode, we explore:

Dimensions of Healing

Sara Vatore

In this episode of Multidimensional Transmissions, we explore the dimensions of healing and what is possible when we recognize and connect to our bodies' remarkable and innate capacity for self-healing.

After experiencing a fall down some stairs at the beginning of January, this theme has spiraled back into my field for a closer personal examination. This transmission reflects on living with pain/discomfort, the depth of somatic healing and how our past shapes the way our bodies remember and heal.

Rather than racing to “fix” our physical injuries and illnesses, there is power in greeting our discomfort with kindness and compassion. Creating space to be present with ourselves and what’s true for our bodies is the first step to learn how to embrace and harness the intricate cycles of recovery that connect every part of our being, bringing us into wholeness.

The body has an organic intelligence and we have the potential to create optimum conditions to generate self-healing. There are ways that we can connect with our nervous system and the sensations in the body to allow for and cultivate healing, recalibration, integration, and reorganization.

Tune in to learn about the innate wisdom of our bodies and how to access our infinite healing potential.

In today’s episode, we explore:

  • The innate healing capacity we all have within us

  • The urgency energy around healing or “fixing” that we can experience when something is painful in the body

  • The power of tapping into the wisdom of our nervous system and body sensations to cultivate healing

  • The patterns we hold from our ancestors

  • The ways that illness and injuries can show up in our lives

  • My own personal experience with a fall and how I have been navigating healing

  • What happens when we create space for healing

  • What a healing transition is and how it impacts our body

  • How the MELT Method works to support healing

  • The process of activating our healing potentials

If you are feeling stuck or navigating your own healing journey and looking for support, I currently have a couple of spots open for one-on-one Virtual Somatic Coaching. This is a container where we start to build awareness around what's showing up in your body and provide space to connect to the healing potentials within you.
