january energy: sovereignty

Every January I have a practice of doing an intuitive oracle card reading where I pull a card to represent the energy for each upcoming month of the new calendar year. This January I worked with the Queen of the Moon Oracle Deck by Stacy Demarco to receive messages about what is stirring energetically for us each month.
The card I pulled for January is: Queen of the Moon: Sovereignty.
This image SAYS IT ALL. She is aligned. She is one with the universe and beyond. She is rooted in her knowing and power. It all exudes from her Being.
This month is calling us back to reclaim our SOVEREIGNTY.
As we align and think about the months ahead of us, how can our sovereignty be the guiding force? We reign over our bodies and our lives. It is time for us to root in this TRUTH and move from this place.
This card holds the vibration of all of the Goddesses of the Moon, from all cultures and mythologies- the original Divine Feminine Energy coursing through us.
Queen of the Moon Expresses:
You are a potent and powerful being
Your power is intrinsically within you
It’s time to stand in YOUR personal power
The mantra on the card, “I reign over my own realm” reminds us that we get to take full responsibility for our lives, to make small choices that move us toward the change and energy we desire, even if we can’t quite see the path ahead.
This card is also an invitation to reexamine our boundaries. Where are you setting them? Where are they needed? Where do some require some shoring up?
You get to define and redefine them in a way that is most supportive for you and protective of your truth and expression.
