This year, my CEO-self made a very intentional choice: to lay the foundations for my new business that will carry it forward. To tend to the structures and systems that will create more ease, flow, and results later.
This year I have been learning that not every business decision feels magical in the moment.
Sometimes leadership means sticking with the hard, unglamorous stuff because you know it will support your future self, your clients, and your vision in the long run.
It’s easy to confuse “capacity” with only doing the things we love. But true capacity is about holding steady through the parts that are uncomfortable, boring, or heavy — without abandoning ourselves and our vision in the process.
This is resilience. It’s devotion. It’s the work of staying with the choices we’ve made, even when they feel hard.
